VOCOA Gluten-Free Vegan Pumpkin Loaf
VOCOA Pumpkin Loaf Cake Mix is gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan by design and easy to make! Simply add pumpkin puree (fresh or canned) and your favorite plant-based milk. We don't recommend using pumpkin pie filling with other added ingredients: just 100% pumpkin!
Prep time is less than 5 minutes! Only two ingredients to add to this mix and fills a standard 9"x5" loaf pan or three mini-loaf pans.
VOCOA Pumpkin Loaf Mix also makes excellent pumpkin muffins! One bag of mix fits in two standard muffin pans - just reduce the baking time to 25 - 30 minutes.
If you've tried our samples, we use canned pumpkin puree and oat milk. Any plant based milk substitute can be used assuming you're not avoiding that particular allergen (e.g., soy, almond, cashew).
Ingredients: Whole grain brown rice, cane sugar, potato starch, tapioca flour (tapioca), golden flaxseed (ground), salt (uniodized), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
All VOCOA products are made by us in our dedicated facility free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans and sesame. We carefully source ingredients from manufacturers committed to avoiding cross contamination as we are.
