Vocoa Gluten-Free Vegan Pumpkin Loaf
Vocoa Pumpkin Loaf Cake Mix is gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegan and easy to make! Simply add pumpkin puree (fresh or canned) and your favorite plant-based milk. We don't recommend using pumpkin pie filling with other added ingredients: just 100% pumpkin!
Prep time is less than 5 minutes! Only two ingredients to add to this mix and fills a standard 9"x5" loaf pan or three mini-loaf pans.
If you've tried our samples, we use canned pumpkin puree and oat milk. Any plant based milk substitute can be used assuming you're not avoiding that particular allergen (e.g., soy, almond, cashew).
Ingredients: Rice flour (whole grain brown rice), cane sugar, potato starch, tapioca flour (tapioca), golden flaxseed meal (ground golden flaxseed), salt (uniodized), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
All Vocoa products are made by us in our dedicated facility free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and soybeans. We carefully source ingredients from manufacturers committed to avoiding cross contamination as we are.
