Vocoa Sugar-Free Vegan Brownie Mix
Vocoa Sugar Free Brownie Mix is sugar-free, gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, dairy-free vegan and easy to make! Just add oil and your favorite milk substitute. Flaxseed adds a slight nutty flavor without introducing nut allergens. Includes certified non-GMO, vegan ingredients.
Now with less erythritol sweetener and more monkfruit! Vocoa Sugar Free Brownies use a blend of erythritol, stevia and monkfruit to achieve sweetness and consistency. Stevia and monk-fruit offset the cooling effect that erythritol has. Erythritol is made from the fermination of sugars naturally occurring in plants. Stevia and monkfruit are also extracted from plants using natural water extraction processes. Erythritol, stevia and monkfruit do not affect blood sugar or insulin levels.
Prep time is less than 5 minutes! Only two ingredients to add and fills a standard 9x9 brownie pan.
If you've tried our samples, we use avocado oil and unsweetened vanilla flavored oat milk. Canola, sunflower and grapeseed are also examples of light tasting oils that can be used in baking. We don't recommend using a heavy extra virgin olive oil (as much as we love EVO for other cooking!) since it will change the texture and flavor. Any unsweetened plant based milk substitute can be used assuming you're not avoiding that particular allergen (e.g., soy, almond, cashew).
Ingredients: Rice flour (whole grain brown rice), Sweetener (erythritol, stevia extract, monkfruit extract), ground golden flaxseed, unsweetened cocoa powder (processed with alkali), salt (uniodized), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), monkfruit extract.
All Vocoa products are made by us in our dedicated facility free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and soybeans.
