For online orders, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also send you a pre-paid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your payment processor to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note, we can not issue a refund to a different payment method. If you no longer have the original card you used to purchase the original item(s), we will issue a credit to our online store.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Wholesale orders, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance of sale, are considered final. We will of course work with you to remedy any situations where you received an incorrect or damaged item(s), through replacement or refund. Please email email@example.com immediately.
All online orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.
For online orders through our website, we offer flat-rate shipping for all shipments (order as much or as little as you want for the same shipping cost!) We select the carrier based on a combination of balancing their costs to us with expected delivery time to you. Generally, you can expect your delivery between 1 - 8 business days from when we ship it, depending on how close you are located to us and the particular carrier's volumes.
There are also weather related, staffing shortage, and other events out of our control that each carrier experiences from time-to-time that could increase the delivery time. We monitor each shipment's progress and will follow up with you if we notice it deviating significantly from original estimates.
